You best option is like what RRM does and cut and then weld the outlet on the other side. However, you can always get a ecplise syle core or a top flow ic and just leave the compressor cover be.

what kind of intercooler is the one at the bottom?? the design looks perfect for me!!

it is a full race core for a RSX. They also have the same design for a evo. It is kind of pricey however. You can get a decent sized core from treadstone that will more than handle what you are running. http://www.treadstoneperformance.com...25+Intercooler
