Full atmoshpere audible BOV. Actually now that u mention it I thought a turbo kit could only have a wastegate or a blow off valve. I was looking at some set ups, I thought that we had the choice of choosing between one or the other. The internal wastegate releasing the excess pressure inside of the exhaust and the BOV releasing the excess pressure into the atmosphere. I actually thought that was the reason why stock cars that came with turbos did not have that TSSSS sound. I guess I was wrong.
Can someone please let me know where I went wrong.
And by the way I have researched a little about turbos I even have a book about them. Please no flaming.

No, you have several things wrong here. First off, an internal wastegate simply means that the exhaust flow is controlled within the turbo housing itself. An external wastegate can (and often does) return to the exhaust but in this case, the wastegate sits outside the turbo housing. A wastegate acts to restrict the boost you're running, without one you'd blow a motor easily. A blow-off valve acts to allow the pressurized air to leave the system when you let off the throttle. It can either vent to atmosphere (a big no-no for MAF cars) or recirculate into the intake.

The way we do it is that we offer maybe two or three choices for a BOV . I would say that at first you can pick between an HKS SS and a Greddy Type RS . And yes we plan on selling these as complete bolt-on kits . I would say that the base kit will use something along the lines of a T3 super 60 which is good for about 330hp . We will also offer bigger units for those looking to lay down more power .

I'm thinking about doing some sort of group buy so we can make the first 10 kits at a low price to get some out there .

CVT will take more time, since it involves alot more planning and possible computer work. CVT controller (brain) is just as complex as the Engines ECU. In other words are cars have two brains.

Anything can be done, just gotta wait for the break thrus
