I doubt he will have a cali lancer at this shop any time soon. For your sake i hope its not different than the regular setup.

Any pics of the intercooler? Did you come up with a fixed price yet? Will the kit include a piggyback or reflash?
Where did the battery go? Will the relocation kit be included?

idk why everyone is going crazy over cali spec, the only difference is the header which adds an extra cat but if you go turbo you replace the header with an exhaust manifold/turbo/downpipe
