cooling what? the pistons? either way, there are oil galleries to cool and lubricate everything. pretty much, the only factor that impacts deck style is performance...

well nah..i was referring to the coolant that goes thru the gaps...thats what i meant. i was askin if since the closed deck has less space for the coolant *or so it seems* plus if its runnin higher power would it have more issue with cooling vs a block that has more space for the coolant to travel around.
