Water Feed and Return Lines and Banjo Fittings
RRM Turbo Manifold
Tial 38mm Wastegate (lowest spring I can get)
Intercooler
DSM Blowoff Valve
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Vortech 12:1 FMU
02-03 Lancer Intake Manifold
02-03 Lancer Fuel Rail w/ Return Line
02-03 Lancer Fuel Pump Assembly (or just add a nozzle on the 04+ assembly for a return)
Spark Plugs (can't remember the NGK number that was recommended, but I'll look that up)
Custom Piping from Turbo to Intercooler, Intercooler to Throttle Body, Turbo to exhaust, and Wastegate to exhaust

I think that's everything. I also plan on buying an RRM turbo piggyback since my setup (aside from the turbo) will be pretty identical to their setup. Then from there I can tune on my own or at a shop and upgrade parts as I get more money.
Yea I made a list and that's pretty much the same as mine. My main concern is the manifold. Is RRM's going to fit our turbo and what about the downpipe?
Here are the pictures of my turbo. I think I have the oil line already attached. I'm a newb to this so I learn as I go

Yeah you got lucky, yours came with the oil return tube and the compressor outlet has that 90 degree turn for a coupling to fit it. My outlet has a flange at a weird angle. RRMs manifold fits this turbo and will place it in the right spot it needs to be in.

I guess I did get lucky. I bought it today for $80 and there is no shaft play. I would say that's really good. Plus one good thing about these turbo's is that they spool quickly.

I was reading up on 4g93 turbo manifolds and do you think it's better to go that route or get RRM's manifold? I want the cheapest and one that will take up the least amount of space.

The only turbo manifold I could find for a 4G93 was one of the spi racing (or whatever company makes those) that was cast iron but only for a T3/T4. If you can find a g93 manifold that fits the 14b cheaper than RRMs, go for it. Just make sure it puts the turbo a little to the right from the center of the motor. It doesn't help if the turbo doesn't fit where the manifold puts it.

This reminds me that I need to move out the 14b setup I have at the house

So drucea, do you have an estimated time this thing will go on the car?

lol well, I'm broke now, and when I get money I have some things to pay for, so I'd say still another month or 2 if I play my cards right.

Yeah mine's going slower than I'd like it to. Also added slim radiator fans to the parts list. Not many people can fit a turbo with the stock fans. I'm so glad I work at autozone. A lot of this stuff is sold there. So it might go faster than I'm expecting.
