i heard of a place in anderson, SC called amazon. anyone every heard of them?? i don't know of a lot of people around here in greenville...i was going to atlanta, but that's a pretty good drive for me. i've ordered an fpr and working on injectors, again, if anyone can help steer me in the right direction on which ones will work with no major modifications. if i can get something else besides the $450 injectors roadrace wants for those 360cc injectors please let me know asap. if anyone can get me some injectors with everything i need, clips, bolts, etc. let me know and i'll just pay you for them and give you a little something for getting them for me. thanks everyone for all your help and advice.

doctorjon, what kinda boost are you running on your kit and what all do you have done?? have you changed injectors and are you using an safc?? i've just never done all this before and didn't think i'd have all these problems. are you using an adjustable fpr or are you using the one that came with the kit?? i just need to get my car to a good safe driving car...this is my everyday driver and i need to get it running properly asap. i can get the safc hooked up maybe before the weekend if that might fix my problem, but i was going to go out and by an adjustable fuel pump tomorrow and see if that fixes my problem first. how do you set the safc?? i have the installation instructions but nothing on settings. just kinda wanna now what to do once it's all hooked up.
Sure looks like fuel pump to me. You need a tune now, you do not need to get the car ready for a tune (whatever you mean by that). If you do not have the money to buy the equipment, don't play the game. It'll cost you more in repair bills and down time than it would to just do it right the first time.

sheezy'sES, You basically broke even, i mean, when you applied the TSI Kit you "gained" back 120hp plus 13 extra ponies. Thats better than stock.

This thread is kindof old, but I am having the same problem. I am only running 6 psi, and with the RRM piggyback even adjusted all the way up, I too run very lean up top. Now I am not saying you are dumb, or dont know what you are doing, but I DO have a fair amount of car knowledge, and by eliminating the things I knew were NOT logical, I came to the conclusion that it is my fuel pump. So, one of you guys said that you didnt need that fuel pump... You really don't ON YOUR GUY'S CARS but its good that you went ahead and bought it. Its a different story on an 06 lancer, the fpr is on the pump itself, so a new pump IS neccessary for a proper fuel delivery. I'm trying to say that everyone is kinda bringing you down for not knowing everything about your car.... There are plenty of people in my home town who spent thousands upon thousand having a shop install EVERYTHING for them. And they never want to learn. I give you creds for even trying to do this on your own, evolutionm is here to help, not bring you down. But yes, use the FMU and it will help if not eliminate your problem. If you search and read enough you should be able to understand what it does and how to road tune. I know what you mean, I have no money and im not gonna have my car tuned for what they charge. Buy yourself a wideband and tune it
(basically give or takeaway fuel) until you can reach an A/R of around 11.5. Again, I dont know your skill or understanding so I cant just give you the magic words to make it right. Good luck and tell us how you turn out.

Ive have the same the same kit and im running a Vortech FMU and 255 walbro. To me it sounds like your not using anything to supply your motor with more fuel. Injectors i think would be the best way but require a bit more money to get and setup.
