RRM suggests a 18 x 16 x 3.. and it does need a little bumper modifications.. anything bigger and your looking at alot to do to make it fit...
they have one for a good price. give them a call this is the turbo components page.

i saw that one but i was looking for an intercooler that would have the inlet and outlet on the same side.. my setup right now is a non i/c kit so both the intake and exhaust ends are on the same side... i figured that i t would be easier to for me to do the intercooler piping for that one..

Head over to treadstone and get the smallest C-flow IC. Should be more than enough to flow what your going to make

FYI. You have to remove the front crash bar for that large intercooler. They sell different sizes than that.

Honestly removing the crash bar is very hazardous...i mean my dad was backing up and luckily i still have my crash bar and it saved my intercooler. I'm just saying it can help.

i do agree though removing the crash bar can be hazardous. any intercooler will do fine, even a small one to be honest it just happened that this intercooler came with the kit

^ you may need to go with either a 2.5" thick core of one that is shorter, like 8" tall to fit under the crash bar. The turbo isnt going to produce much heat at all running under 10psi so you dont need anything big anyhow.

i removed the crash bar for my ic and it was the reason my car was totalled after a wreck at only maybe 15mph. Pushed the rad into the turbo and destroyed both of them and crack the dp severly.

One like that would fit good w/o removing crash bar. I wouldn't remove the crash bar either.

Man now Im really paranoid not having the crash bars...

Where did you guys relocate your license plates so it doesn't cover the intercooler?

You dont have to have total exposure to get the max efficency of the ic. Having the plate blocking a small part wont change the intake temp at all so dont worry about it.
