Boost leak sounds like your problem. Check the turbo, intake pipe, j-pipe and make sure the nipples are capped. Also, make sure your clamps are tight
I had the same problem and I went to the local auto parts store and bought the variety of vacuum caps. Fixed it right up!

Not only that, but check your MAF. Other than that sounds like a boost leak.

ditch the worm clamps and go with t-bolt clamps, you'll never have to worry about boost leaks!

i also changed all my couplers to 4 ply silicone couplers.

T bolt clamps are a good idea.. but 4ply couplers? (going for 60+psi?)
good couplers are a must (i still need to upgrade a few of mine)
but no point in the overkill on the couplers, unless price is about the same.

stalling could also be a fueling issue. hate to say it, but 4+ people saying boost leak, and not one saying fuel/tune? i know my car will flood out every once and while when i downshift, but i normally catch it and raise the revs a little.

(sorry i don't know your car better, but is this a new turbo install? or an old one that has been tuned and working fine for a while?)
-if it is tuned, and you havent been having any problems pervious to this, just ignore me.

A boost leak would be more possible. It would have to be a significant leak for it to stall out the car. However, if the fuel on deceleration was way to much, that could also stall out the car since it will give the same effects.

You can build a simple pressure tester for cheap and test the system for the leak. If none is found, tuning is the next place to look.

This is all taking into account you are not using a vta bov that is causing the problem

Just noticed you are the SAME guy that completely screwed up his oil/water lines. You really need to find someone else to do the work on your car
