Turbo Problems
My injectors weren't 100% in the Manifold, they were hanging a little higher.
I fixed them and double checked every line then fired it up.
CEL did come on after 30 or so miles of driving. I'm going to pull the code tomorrow, probably running a little lean.

You won't get a CEL without driving it a bit. But as it was mentioned previously. You do need to connect those two valves on the intake manifold. My car would die when I would try to pull that hose and pour seafoam into it.
That sounds like an exhaust leak of some sort. Are you sure everything from the manifold under is tight?
Also, you should plug up those holes on the IM. Just get a smaller hose and you can plug it with the same line. Its comes stock like that.

When you install injectors it is good practice to take a dab of motor oil and spread it around the upper and lower rubber seals before seating them. Helps to prevent issues like this.
Yea that is a good idea.
I pulled the codes today and I'm running lean in bank one. Is it a good idea to run the 460cc injectors or will I be running too rich and ruin my plugs?

Lean bank 1 is the first O2 sensor IIRC.
The code goes bank 1 or 2. Bank 1 would be in the first four cylinders (since we only have 4 its obvious) then the next number would also be a 1 or 2 depending on which O2 is reading this code

Car is running good, just need to wait for the polyurethane to dry on my front motor mount.
I also had a misfire but that was because the spark plug wires were damaged.
I have the usual leaks here and there but I got those fixed. Time to save up money for a wideband and a tune.
