ya i need that flange. i dont need the evo 8/9 turbo inlet flange. like i had posted earlier i have a 16g turbo but it has the 7cm eclipse style inlet on the turbo not the evo 8/9 like the ones in the pics.

so like i said i was wondering if i can get the manii WITHOUT the evo 8/9 inlet flange so that i can weld on a flange that will work with my turbo.

Josh, is the turbo your talking about backwards compared to the evo 8 turbo? By backwards, I mean the inlet faces the opposite direction.

no i mean this....

my turbo has an inlet off the manifold like this (evo 3 big 16g, ran on the older eclipse's and evo's)

the manifolds here and the evo 8/9 turbo's have inlets like this off the mainifold (newest design)

The manifold does not come with that flange option. I think if you weld that flange on the manifold, you may not be able to get the bolts in. It's kinda tight with the flange that's on it now. You may be able to make it work, just going to be alot of work.

Nice. Just keep in mind, when you install it, wipe it off before starting up the car. Any hand prints, oils etc will bake onto it if you don't.

No problem. Also, make sure you fab up a bracket to bolt the turbo to the block somewhere. All the weight of the turbo, o2 housing, and exhaust hanging from a tubular mani is not good.
