I assume (quit assuming so much it causes **** ) that you think every single person on here with a mod list and HP numbers is a complete bragger? if so, you have just made a lot of enemies...

also, I am going turbo again this summer, but what does me not being turboed have to do with it either? are you one of those people that believes if someone doesnt physically have something in their hands, then they know nothing about it?more assumptions

yes it was tuned on a dynojet dyno in Orlando FL, in about 80 degree weather. the dynamometer color was black, and Jestr tuned it. he used a Tactrix USB cable that lit up when being used and OpenECU software, ECUFlash to be specific I believe, ran on a Dell laptop that he carries around in a backpack. I think i was wearing a black shirt and shorts with my red Rob Dyrdek DC shoes, and Jestr was probably wearing a light colored shirt, maybe white or grey. the Dyno sheet was printed in grayscale on a Dell desktop computer. that was just the first tune, want the second tune scenario so you know what went on there? nice memory but someone this gi
taking it a little too personal & too far there buddy! chill out & get off the defensive. It was a simple question "how was your car tuned & what with" requiring a simple answer. nothing more >>> . <<<

does your car keep going into limp mode? mine did that. idk how your intake is setup, but when I was turboed, we had to switch to a 3" intake instead of 2.5" so the velocity of air was lower (higher volume) and the MAF sensor cant be too close to the filter.

yes!! yes !!! i aving the same problem!!It revs only up to 4,000 RPM! and the chek engine light goes on thanks to GOD you heard me ok the MAF sensor is close to the filter because I have a custom pipe ( the one from the turbo to the MAF housing) then he MAF housing is welded to the pipe ( an ultimate racing intake) and then the filter is about 3inches away from the filter do you think that could be the problem ?

hey i got your message, but for some reason i cant respond! so here I go lol

I was using the stock lancer MAF, and im pretty sure it has to be at least about 4 inches after the filter in the piping. my total intake pipe length was almost 3 ft, went from the turbo, up like the RRM one, and then curved over towards the driver side. yes, i had to relocate my battery.

ok perfect so basically the problem is on the relocation of the intake I got confused the distance between the filter and the MAF is like 1 inch so that may be the problem thanks !!! ill be trying to solve this problem this week since I need toi make the car run man im loco to see some numbers on my car

my friend thats called limp mode and it depends on the way you fixd you kit , check in all the vacum lines and everything see the maf sensor if it works correctly, then try to relocate he maf sensor in that case remember the maf messes things up when you go turbo because of the difference of the air flow try to relocate the maf exactly as the oem model hope it works good luck
