??? Somethings not right here Steven I personally have a FULL 3" (I measured it when I got it) Exhaust from the o2 housing all the way through to the muffler and nothing hits or rattles

Just from the pic I think I know this issue. I have a B&B DP I bought off another member. My bend is pretty much a right angle making it drop further down before curving to go back where that one looks like it would angle more toward the pan as it curves.

Yeah that doesn't look right at all. See cobb for an example of the bend right after the donut gasket

What people need to also remember is that these parts are meant for an Evo. The Evo's block height is 229mm, while the Lancer's is 286.7mm. This means a difference of about 2 inches (give or take). I don't know if the SpeedCorps manifolds have taken this into account by lowering the turbo placement in relation to the block height to allow for any Evo downpipe to be used on 16G Lancer turbo setups. I think it would actually be a good piece to info to know if they did, IMO.

P.S. 10psi on my 60 trim setup feels like the 15psi I had on my 16G...

Probably going to upgrade to a 9 turbo soon then convert it to an fp red or green

i dont think the 9 will fit with my setup :-( the 8 barly clears the waterpipe!

I plan on doing the metal piping for the radiator so I can run the bigger turbo

The upper tad hose you can make that metal besides rubber or do a ss braid
