Injector compatibility

I have creeped on EvoM for a while, but this is my first post. Here I go...

I have a 2002 Lancer ES 2.0L. I have a 4g93 with A/T(i replaced my 9g94 with an engine from japan) with a Garrett t25 turbo kit (6 psi boost right now) and an Injen short ram intake.
I am running a bit lean, and I know that I need more fuel flow, so I want to get new injectors (fairly priced). I have found 2001 Eclipse injectors, and I know they are compatible with my engine, but I cant find the flow rate for them. I have read that stock flow for my car is something like 184cc. What is the flow rate for the Eclipse's injectors?
After that, I am looking at getting a RRM Version 1 ECU turbo and opening my exhaust to 2" (custom bent, matching the stock exhaust) and getting a Magnaflow muffler. What else will I need?
If it sounds like I am missing some information, its because I am just regurgitating information from my friend/mechanic. I mean, I've been next to him for a lot of the work, but I cant physically do it myself. I understand somewhat how stuff works, but I want to learn/know more and make my car faster! Please, help me out. I've been reading EvoM for a while now, and I trust you guys.

You could try ECU flash if your a lancer. Have you upgraded your fuel pump? A lot of lancers are pushing there stock injectors to 15psi so I'm thinking its just your fuel pump not keeping up. With ECU flash you can see how much your injectors are working too.

I have looked at ECU flash but for some reason my mechanic is saying we should get a piggyback. Am I understanding you correctly? I did see how ECU flash can re-map my ECU, and I see how that could replace the need for a piggyback, but you probably know more than I do, so you tell me. My mechanic, Mike, says the piggyback will modify transmission shift points and other stuff too. I didn't research that deely into ECU flash. He does have some device to read air/fuel ratio and he said it was doing okay, but when we checked the spark plugs, they were a bit white and he says that means its running a bit lean. Can you suggest a pump for me?

Also I am getting a code for fuel pressure too high. Later tonight I can post the codes I am reading. I dont have a code reader and last time we checked was about 3 weeks ago.
