Zankk's 02 Lancer turbo/forged engine build

So ive been reading everybodys post's on this forum for a while. Ive always wanted to turbo my lancer and see how much hp i could get out of my car. So i geuss here goes nothing.

Im aiming for 300ish hp. So far i have a t28 turbo, manifold, intercooler and piping, fmu, bov, wastegate, gauge cluster and a whole bunch of misc. lines in my garadge.

Im looking to build a 4g94 engine with forged pistons 8.8 to 1, Forged rods, stage 2 head from rrm, lightwieght pulley, stage 1 cam, magnecor wires, wrx 440cc injectors.

My car has a magnaflow catback, ram air, megan coilovers, body kit, cf hood, evo 8 wing, black taillights, black headlights hd conv, and lots of other stuff looking to make the car very clean a new paint job will probably be due before the new engine gets swapped in.
Id like to do everything myself but im still a little confused when it comes to the tuning aspect.

Im planning on investing alot of time and money into this project so just wanted to get some input with people who have already been through it to see if thiers anything you guys would/wouldnt recommend. Build wont be starting for a few months still saving up some more money so please feel free to input.

Theres all the parts you need in the lancer for sale section for a built head. I seen a RPW cam and valve springs. Check the for sale section for the head stuff.

I think demon's builder could have did it? I bought his built head and it looks good. Haven't had a chance to put my gaskets on there to see how close it was ported tho.

Will the t28 be able to make 300+hp? Isn't it smaller than the 16g6? Just asking.
