The one in their site (turbo-kits.com) is a Mirage. They should put an 02-03 lancer with the turbo installed.

how much would a 30% increase be over stock??? like 40hp??? kinda slow. the 56% increase turbo sounds good though. thats like 65hp. soo...

kit (a)- 160hp...(boooo)
kit(b)- 185 hp......pretty cool. but i think i'm gonna pass on these guys now that i think about. i'm still gonna go with RRM, or ripp. all depends on which i want when i have the cash.

My boy bought it for his mirage. From E-Bay. Kids say that they work for Turbo-Kits.com. He got it for like $1,200. Intercooled and all. Well see how everything goes. He should be getting it sometime this week.

2002OZ,

How is that deal coming with turbo-kits.com? I would be interested if you are still trying to put a group buy together.

Ok for all you haters out there I rode in and drove a turbokits.com powered lancer last night. The owner of this is the same guy I know that won one of the Ebay turbo kit a while back. That was a total scam by the way, that dude selling those was a POS sent a manifold and a turbo in a box and that was it. Back on topic though, this was their "extreme kit" and boy does that thing move at 7psi. It comes with an FMU type thing for fuel but he added an inline pump to get it off lean and it is a VTA blow off valve that does not stumble or kill the car or make it idle bad. There is a secret behind that and like our 'friends' at RRM I'm keeping my mouth shut and since he discovered it I'll let him tell it if he ever registers (BTW it wont let him register because his email is a hotmail account?!). Sure the DP is too short but only a little bit. The temporary fix is a stack of gaskets. It runs really cool temperature wise, he is using only one fan and the hood is cool to the touch after romping on it. Hopefully I get to drive it again soon and I will look at what the EGT say for temps and watch when it spools and stuff for more info. Call me a liar if you want but this is the dead truth.

Not to sound like a complete retard (i know that 2 can do the same work as 4) but why would they do this (i guess it keeps the cost down)...
