Lancer Gts 2011 tune?

Lancer Gts 2011 tune?
Hello,
Before I start this I don稚 have the car yet!
I知 just learning stuff about the car because I知 going to buy it soon.
So the parts that i would like to install is:
1. Greddy RS exhaust Axle-back
2. Cold Air intake from K&N or AEM
3. I知 not sure if i need a fuel injector?
4. A tune!
So i would like to tune the car after i install the parts!
But i知 not sure how... can i do a self tune? Or do i need to go to a workshop?
I live in Edwardsville Illinois.
