well technically its kind of ON topic . well....maybe not the pledge money but a different experimental turbo kit. IILancerII02 (mike right?) i think we should definately talk to Tim. all we need to do is get a hold of him. like i said before, the only bad thing is his website was JUST re-designed so you can't view anything or purchase anything right now. i want to get in contact with him just to make sure he has a full basic kit available. i dont was me/us to order it and have him make us wait 4 weeks while he gets everything ready. let me see if i can post the items it comes with..... ok just double checked..... i made a mistake on the price. Tim posted his basic kit is going for $1750 plus shipping (no pipes/intercooler). now here we go i found it:

well if its the guy in arizona, then it should be me getting pledges since I live there I have no problem testing this stuff on my car

 

its technically not really a test. he makes 1.5L, and 1.8L kits for the mirages. we basically have the same motor as the 1.8L. its just that the 2.0 is 1 inch taller according to hobie. the basic kit should be going for $1750. it'd be cool if you could swing by him and check out the kits in person. i would definately purchase one. i just wanna double check with my buddy and ask how much a downpipe is going to run me. if you could get details for us as to what else we would need, that would be awesome.

that sounds like a good deal too - if not enough people are willing to pledge by the time i have money saved up - i will definatly look into this guys kit.

and .L. (sorry dont know your first name) - where is your buddy located that can do the custom piping for our cars?

alright that sounds good - ya if that kit worked with our car and could get custom piping for 300$ i could possibly be interested in that if no one wants to sell their used RRM kit to me
