no you cant. you wouldnt want to turn the boost that high without cooling it down with teh IC.

Non IC can be upgraded to IC first. We sell the kit for that. Then if you want go Stage 2. Non-IC kit is good to get you into the turbo game for less money. Still Non IC gets you 70- 90 h.p.

hey rock do you know what i would run on the dyno or on the 1/4 with the non-ic kit and a stock engine

I ran a 13.8 non-ic... but that was back when they were doing the reflashed ecu's... and i was on slicks. Trust me the non-ic is fast.
