vaccuuuummm leaaakkk????

After the mishap with the bear, i goto start my car today, runs fine for about3 miles then starts bucking on low throttle, high throttle - boost - runs fine, get home, let it sit for a while now it will start at -19hg then slowly drop to -10hg, but if i rev it a tad it will jump down to -20, I replaced one of my intercooler hoses that was gashed hard but it still has not done the trick, any suggestions, i cant even drive it.

You're gonna have to check everything, top to bottom. There has to be a pinched hose somewhere, or another hose with a gash in it. Put it up on a lift and get under and look at everything, go over the whole engine with a fine toothed comb. Good luck.

its beat.. still cant find any vac leaks.. no ideas the only thing that I could be looking for is at the boost gauge itself, or in the gas tank... only things i know of.

most common sources are the injectors... when all else fails get the car running and use a can of brake Clean. Start spraying it around all vacuum areas. You'll know when you find the leak as each spray will make the cars idle dance.

Possibly if it's loosing pressure at the plug (by the threading), but otherwise I can't imagine why. I'm stumped. Iono.

did you make a boost tester at all? just plug the turbo inlet to a compressor with pvc pipe or something and turn your compressor to like 10 psi and you can hear and feel any leak cause you dont have to have your car on. thats how i test my car for leaks every once in a while. i found a couple big ones on mine
