Stage 2 for automatic is done. We finally got it debugged and are quite impressed. Automatic has some limitations but we have a over 2000 miles on this setup and we are confident it is ready for sale. As for power, well not bad. Contact us for info. Here is dyno sheet! 227 w.h.p.

Nice numbers..should be hitting the dyno next week with the bolt ons to give some more numbers from people...that way people can stop asking and wondering

It is amazing how the auto smooths the curve out so well. Even though it obviously eats up some torque it shows just how much smoother the auto can be.

and i heard that if u go above 7psi the stock automatic tranny explodes....hes at like 8.5psi......so i guess thats wrong

sweet job rob, so where do you think the stage 1 intercooled autos lay? I'm assuming around 190 whp?

 

you'd be correct... GURU already did a dyno at stage 1 intercooled. I think he sat around 192whp and 182wtq?? Close to that but ask him to be sure.

 

nice to finally get a dyno, sounds like its about time the stg2 for manuals goes down in price *hint hint*

I just have to say this... i've been holding it in... i can't believe RRM made the auto put out more power than the 5 speed SC... hahahahahhahhaha!!

 

is that with stock internals?

 

the autos are ***** always putting out more with the tc instead of the sc. i dont get why somebody would get a sc for a 4banger. ok ok sorry i dont want to turn this into a another sc vs tc war.

 

Neither do i... i just thought it was funny how this kit is at 8-8.5psi and puts down better than the SC 5 speed at 11.

I'll end it there... GURU is on a totally stock motor. He doesn't even have the TB or intake manifold. His car is what people would have if they just got stage 2 intercooled, header, test pipe, and he has the magnaflow catback. I'd like to see what he'd do with the TB, intake manifold, and a ported head!
