no worries... you have a right to be pissed when things don't go right with the kit. However you should address it to those who can make a difference... RRM. They always come thru when somethings a miss. I know ROCK gets upset when he has to lose money for shipping and new parts but he's not pissed at the customers he's pissed at the hands involved making the kits. They are the ones hurting him not the customer. He has always hooked people up when things get wronged. I've seen him give out free headers to those who've had 1st get headers before. At the same time i've seen him charge half price to those who've wanted a new one just so thier pipes weren't dented. He takes care of customers very well and that's where RRM is held so highly.

You are the first one ever to report an AC line issue. That one would have to been seen to discover the problem... heat is probably the issue but why it happened to you and not the countless others is the bigger mystery.

The assembly is tight and when things come lose tightening it in the car is hard. I usually remove the whole assembly. I got tired of this so i just welded my header to my uppipe... hell it wasn't like i was going to use the dented header for an NA car... at least turbo hides the dents. Anyway, i actually told this to Vicious and ended up welding his right off the bat. Came out looking great and the new header he got fit perfectly.

Now that the car is back in order you can feel more at ease and give some people a run for their money.

VISCIOUS... ---->welcome to Forced induction world. Hope you're loving it!

I put 3.5K miles on mine before I sold it. If this helps out any. Never had a problem with it. Thinking about getting another lancer and buy another RRM turbo kit. RRM turbo kits are better than the kits for the Civic.

Vicious... reword your post. You can refer to racing another person but don't refer to a local unless it is the track. You have to be vague to post statements like that and have them stay on the site.

Could say... put 150 mile on kit so far... raced a wrx(non-sti) twice, winning by 2 car lengths both times. Now have 500+ miles... love it... etc... etc.

Then you're not refering to a street racing event by verbage which is against the policies of the board. I like stories like that but i don't like street racing. I'm not a saint either but just choose your words a little better next time.
