both of those holes are for antennas, one to fit japanese style plugs and one to fit north american style plugs (they're made by matu****a in japan, who own panasonic, infinity and a few others)

I've never tried putting a CD changer on the factory headunit before.. But when I did it with an aftermarket radio, all you need to connect is the big S-video looking cable thing. It supplies power and signal. I don't know what button you would press to start listening to CD's in the CD changer, maybe hit the CD button on the front again for AUX. Dunno.

thats what concerns me the most. The cd changer might be able to function but the head unit might not have an AUX function. However, i've notice that our head unit radios have FM1 and FM2, the FM2 might be from the second antenna port so if i could connect the changer to the FM2 antenna port, i might be able to use FM2 as AUX? sorry but i dont know anything about car electronics.... Thanks guys!

FM2 is just used to store a second set of presets. If you use an adapter to hook into the CD changer controls, you don't be able to use a CD changer, the adapter will become 'aux' (really CD changer), just the HU won't be able to change discs/tracks (cause they won't exist)
