#3: 147 with a pair of 12s and 3000 watts isn't that hard, and in a lancer it's not hard at all.
#4:you never play music for an SPL competition, that's the first way to tell someone who has absolutely no clue what they're doing.
#5: I've never ever seen an SPL mic that cuts out at 144, the audiocontrol is good to 180, and the new termlab is good even higher.
#6 150 on the audiocontrol is the same as a 144 on the termlab, so I can imaging a 147 on audiocontrol without much effort.
#7 earthquake subs, don't care what model, are nowhere near as good as the MTX 9500.
#8 stop spouting off when you have absolutely no clue.
i stand corrected.....I meant audiocontrol in my initial post in reguard to #1....dont know where audiobahn came from. Ive only done SPL for a year now and only won 1 third place SPL trophy with my w7
#6 is why I asked what was used to test it

ALSO, the original termlabs were microphones, I was not aware of the new pressure sensor.

Both Earthquake and MTX make a wide range of quality of subs. They both have the cheap ones and the good ones. Are you sure you were comparing apples to apples? Earthquake has always been better then MTX in all of my experiences.
