Amp, sub, speaker info please.
I wouldnt go more than 1 10" in a sealed box for weight/price/sound. A great system would be an Image Dynamics IDQ 10" and some good and not too expensive speakers are Image Dynamics chameleon 6.5's, CDT 6.5's, Diamond Audio Hex 6.5's, Phoenix Gold Ti 6.5", Dls 6.5's (iridium if you can swing it), ADS 3 series 6.5's- you should be able to pick up those sets from $275-$500. For the back I would use the entry level coax's for the company you pick, such as Image Dynamics ID series 6.5's, or Diamond M3 6.5's.
Just get a decent 4 channel amp and run the fron channels to the front speakers and the rear bridged (mono)on the sub. A great budget brand that will hang with a ton of others is USAcoustics. Other favs are older PPI, older Rockford, ADS, The new Diamond audio 3 and 5 series are very good also (got the 3 series 50*4 and like it as much as my huge ADS 50*8), Zapco, and Phoenix Gold
