Your gonna wanna unbolt the seat if you wanna mount your amp under there. Will allow you to route your wires easily under the carpet and mount the amp like you would want. I'm not so sure you would wanna do w/out taking the seat out, or could do it without unbolting the seat. It's just 4 bolts, not too bad. Could fit nicely. Remember that those sitting in the back seat may kick it .. so take that into consideration for wire placement.

You could run a ground to the same source as the headunit, but that could be a long wire. You probably could ground it on the body itself, possibly on seat bolt? I dont know much bout grounding :P

ground wire should be same gauge as power wire and no more than 1 foot long. find a bolt on the chassis, make sure it is really clean (sand it down) and ground it there.

I know this is kinda ambiguous as a thread, but I'm gonna move it to A & S since it's for mounting an amp. I just don't want general to get too cluttered so don't take it to heart.

i was gonna suggest this gets moved to audio.

also i wanna say think about mounting it on the rear seat. you'll get better heat dissappation than under the seat.
