turbo timer with alarm guys

ok heres the deal i was going to get a new alarm next month the good one remote start and were it pages you if it goes off. the problem i might have, my cousin owes an eclipse gst and when he takes out his key to get out the turbo timer kicks in right and the car stays on for how ever long heres the problem if he locks the door before he leaves when to cars turns off the doors well unlock automatically so that means he has to stay there until the car turns off so he can lock the doors him self. my question is there anyway to prevent this from happening. i don't know if the new alarm well arm it self once the car is off like the car unlocking when it is turnered off. that would fix the problem easy but what if the alarm doesn't do that. thank you in advance

I've thought about that too with my friend's turbo'd Civic. He's got a Greddy timer with some sort of an alarm. Can't remember though if he has the same problem or not...

Good searching... That's the only thing I'd recommend at this point until someone else comes on with something else to say.

you could also get an alarm that has the turbo timer feature built in and remove your original turbo timer...
