trunk demensions (( no tape measurer :( ))

how tall is the area of the trunk in between the wheelwells? ((closest to the back of the seat?)) sorry i have no tape measurer . . . .

Does the measurement need to clear the trunk arms that lower along with the trunk lid? If so, it's about 14".
