wingless people please help

I tried to take my wing off and its like stuck on very good. I know there is tape but when i pull on the wing the trunk looks like its about to warp...Also is the tape very stick? Would it leave marks on the trunk or is it like debadging? Also if i decide to put the wing back is the tape nesscesary.

try using a blow dryer to heat up the tape so it comes off, you would want the tape if you reinstall so theres some cushion between the trunk and wing

yeah...just use a heat gun, then what I did to a buddy of mine, not my car, was...I had him pull the wing up a bit and I put my elbow on the trunk and took some dental floss or any kind of thick string and I use a flossing motion to take teh tape off...the only thing is we had to buy new tape cause I messed one side of it up...other than that you should be all set...and make sure you find some putty or something to fill in the holes.

I think it's just some strong double sided tape. 3m makes a double sided molding tape that I used to put my wing back on.

Get some fishing line and gloves... heat it up so the glue breaks down then use the fishing line to break everything free.

Just get little 1/2" vinyl stickers that match your paint.

Or buy a new trunk.

Besides the 2 bolts there's a plastic pin on each side. I had to pull up on each side a little bit harder than i thought to get the pin to come out of the holder.
