ok so ALL of my wires are friggin connected .. correctly ...
been the same for months ...
fuses aren't blown ..
stuffs perfect .. i think something must have been knocked out of place putting lacrosse **** in my car ...
BUT I CANT FIND IT!!!!
any ideas? internal amp fuse that i dont feel like attending to? idk!

Check your ground and power connections and ensure they are secure and there isnt any corrosion on them. If your sub still isnt playing, get another speaker (any speaker(home system speaker, car speaker), any old speaker), and connect it to the speaker wires coming off the amp. If it plays fine, then use a multimeter/ohm meter to test the sub. It should read 8,4,2, or1 depending on what impedance it's rated at. That info is found on the cardboard box the sub is shipped in or on the bottom of the sub. If it doesnt give you any reading, take the sub out the box and check the connections. If it does give you a reading, you got issues. Try those steps and report back. Good luck.
