* Bright, Easy-to-Read LCD Screen
* Vibrate Mode
* 23 Different Icon/Text Messages

Remote Start* Features:

Actually I was looking at a clone of this alarm, the Hornet 554t. As the mother company is DEI and they're more or less identical. I'm wondering where you managed to get it for $350 installed? Isn't the MSRP on the alarm close to $300?

I know most places are not willing to install remote start due to the fact that our Evo's are manual cars. The reason I like this system is the fact that it's two-way, and that it has a timer mode (built in turbo timer!). Also, were they willing to install the remote start? Because I think you need the remote start function installed to get the timer mode to work...

Please let me know, thanks!

The 790xv is a very nice alarm system all together. Ive had it installed in my ls for about 4 months now. I paid 500 installed for the system. So far ive had no complaints about it at all.

Is this the same thing as the Clifford (same parent company as Viper as you may know) MAtrix responder?

I've got the 690XV which is the exact same system but without the remote start. It works great, but my only gripes are that the remote is pretty big and its range is not that great. Other than that, I like it!

Wow that's a REALLY good price for that system. I have a friend with that, or a very very similar one, for him it was around $700 installed earlier this year.

i got mine for 320 intalled...it would have been cheaper but custom install on a manual car...i got charged a little extra...other than that i love it especially when i know its gonna be hot i just leave the ac on and start it 5 minutes before i leave when you get in the car its already nice and cool!!!...got friends that work at a major electronics dealer...hit them up...mark up is almost 100% on car audio/security....oh and the range is awesome you can start it from a mile away...and you know when somebody jacks your car!!!...or hit it...

hey teamnexusoz I am going to be receiving this same exact alarm but just Python not viper (is exactly the same just another name.) Where is your friend's store at and how much would they charge for installing it on mine. Just the install and nothing else. Help a fellow lancer out huh? Also maybe you could talk to your friends and if they are interested maybe they would like to be a sponsor for our club. www.sclc.net ...Southern California Lancer Club...We are the largest lancer club in the US if I am correct. They would get a lot of business for audio and electronics. Anyways hit me back whenever. PM me would be even better. Lates
