Yep, no hard! Start by installing everything in the engine compartment (siren, grounds, etc). Run the wires into the driver's compartment. You'll need access to the driver's side kick panel and the steering column. From there, it's just wiring and finding a place for the blinking LEDs.

Have fun!

I just had Best Buy do it. I have the Viper security with lifetime warranty, even on install. Something goes wrong, they find it and fix it.

Me and my friend tried installing a Valet brand remote start/alarm/keyless unit. We read and read then tried it out and we got absolutely nowhere 5 hours into the install. So we said screw it and I brought it into a local electronics store and 3 hours and $100 later it was professionally installed.

If you want better wiring diagrams, I have an account with snap-on and can get you the best wiring diagrams and any diagrams for our cars, just PM me.

Yeah, I was going to attempt this myself, but for having a "pro" do it for $100 with a warranty, it was a no brainer.

I made the mistake of letting Best Buy wire my Viper remote start up... the thing crapped out on me in 3 weeks. Took it to my buddy who does electronics and he fixed it. Havent had a problem since... 2years later.
