08 dash kits
i called Metra this morning and the kits are availble for the 08 models. i dont have steering controls so not much to worry about. as for color i was told it is black to match the manufacture. Metra does not sell to the public so they referred me to thier vendor out of Texas, installer.com. price for this kit $29.95 a lot better than $300+ from mitsu. here is the link if anyone is interested.

They didnt know i had emailed as well, asking how long to ship. One guy said 2 days.

I had a Pioneer Avic-D3 (Double Din - In dash head unit) installed in my '08, and I bought the PAC steering wheel control adapter for it. But no shop I have talked to knows how to wire it into our model year yet. They all say that they need a wiring diagram for the steering wheel controls before they will even try it. Does that help clarify it a little more?
Yes, but i will be disconnecting it when i install my avic d3. I wont miss them that much cause i usually hold my remote the whole time. I have a smaller one i use instead of the one that came with the d3.
OK let me clarify then...

Hi, I've purchased a DVD HeadUnit and the Metra Panel. But my audio installer seems to have trouble wiring the DVD HeadUnit back to my stock Rockford Fosgate amplifier.
Has any brothers/sisters who's driving a GTS managed to change to an aftermarket HU and wired it back to the factory 650watts amp? Please help....
Thanks in advance...

Isn't that a TV? I already have one as well, I need the steering wheel interface module so I can keep the steering wheel controls. And I feel you on that because i've had my screen for four months now
