Question Headunit Install

Hey guys...I was just wondering how difficult the installation of an after market head unit would be? I know how to get the panels off to get to the radio. Is it as easy as sliding out the old radio...wiring the new harness..attaching it to the aftermarket cd player...then sliding it back in and bolting everything in? Thanks for the help!

pull knobs off, unscrew 2 screws, pull AC panel off, unscrew 4 screws around head unit, pull harness and antenna wire out, transfer the mounting brackets, plug in harness, plug in antenna, bolt the 4 screws back in, slam AC panel back on, screw the 2 screws back on, but the knobs back on, ur done.

What do you mean it doesn't sit flush? Does it sit out to far or in to far? Thanks
