You don't have to suffer with a big hole in your dash. You prob can't tell from my pics cuz of all the dust and dirt, but I have a blank din/empty pocket in there. If you can't get the gauges right away the empty pocket is real cheap and mounted up real nice. Here is the exact one used on my car.

Anyone could make a plate to go there. All you have to do is measure twice and cut once.LOL You already have bolt holes to bolt it in just buy new bolts and bend a peice of metal to fit.

For anyone who is using the relocation kit, do you think this radio http://www.crutchfield.com/S-xpEnHMc...p?i=500CDA7897 will fit. The face extends above the din and it looks like in the relocation kit the dash sticks out a little bit above the relocated din spot. Do you think they will interfere with each other. I believe that the angle of the faceplate on the CDA - 7896 can be adjusted by how far the bottom of the face extends from the unit. Maybe by extending the bottom of the faceplate all the way out you could adjust for a small amount of overlap. Any theories? Anyone have this HU in the lower spot?
