Pioneer F700BT headunit installed (with pics)

I recently installed my Pioneer F700BT with the scoche kit.

The GPS unit

I got the usb cable for my ipod. You can control the ipod through the touch screen and it also charges the ipod

The touch screen ipod control. You can see all the Artist CD covers show up.

The Sirius screen. I had to get the Sirius tuner installed due to the fact that the factory sirius module wont work with the new headunit

I installed the PAC steering wheel module to keep the steering wheel controls.

New 4 channel amp as the stock amp cant connect to the new headunit and power all 8 speakers aswell as the sub. I will be running a seperate amp and sub in the near future

Gone in 60 Seconds movie off my ipod

Bluetooth phone

Sorry the pictures werent that great ill try get some more during the day.

hey which wires did you tap to get the steering wheel controls to work. The colors on the pac instructions online dont match the harness. Also were you able to make the bluetooth buttons on the steering wheel work with the pac swi-ps.

please installing tomorrow need help

I had trouble with installing the PAC module, I noticed the manual doesnt have the 08's,09's lancer. I went to my local audio shop and they did it for me. I try to see tonight what wires are used.

The PAC doesnt work with the bluetooth buttons. I went for a unit that has built in bluetooth for this reason. The pioneer has a voice dialing from phone book/one push calling so i dont mind loosing these controls.

What system did you get? Are you installing it yourself?

Nice unit, got DVD playback right?

What module are you talking about? The pioneer/sirius adapter CD-SB10? If you go the sirius root you will have to get sirius connect universal vehicle tuner because the stock unit wont work with the new head unit. Im not sure if it is the same case for the xm tuner.

Nothing it has already happened. They are now combining programs to one channel eg: Octane on channel 20 on Sirius is the same as channel 40 on XM. So doesnt matter what you get you will still be getting the same channels.

Yes, but you may need to sand down some edges where the plastic was formed.
