Minor Audio Sys problem. ADVICE?

I have put in subs and amps in all three cars I have owned, by no means am i a pro, but i understand enough to do it right. I installed a amp and sub into my 09 GTS, with no sun and sound package. All is well except for the sub gives feedback when you have the car off. To make it worse it only happens when you open 1 of the 4 doors and the drunk. I have the remote hooked up to the pink which is antenna so it powers down about 3 minutes after the cars been off. Never had that problem. Any suggestions? Ground is solid, Power is solid, High level input connectors are connected to the right speaker colors from the stock receiver. Cant figure it out..... Also does any one have the wiring diagram for an 09?

dont hook the remote to where you have it now, instead hook it up to the cig lighter fuse in the fusebox by the drivers feet, or find the cars ignition wire (usually pink) in the main ignition harness and tap into that.

as for the sounds coming from when you open doors, are you using the stock HU? for some reason, my subs would hit every time i pushed the lock button on the door....still havent figured that out though seeing as i now have an aftermarket deck and it has stopped.

This is just a guess.....Since it's hooked up to a source that is still supplying power after the car is turned off that is causing the amp to stay on and make that noise. The amp is on but it's looking for signal from the radio and the radio is not giving any signal out. Like yitzac said....find an accessory or ignition wire to use and that might fix your issue.

Thanks guys,

Ill try that. I initially tried to run the remote wire to the Radio fuse, but the amp stayed on while the car was off. Thought maybe there would be an accessory fuse but there wasn't, i don't think. Also, first new subs since 05, Kicker CompVR 10's. Kinda sound ****ty. running my old kicker zx500 amp to them which sounded great with my last subs. Break in period or what? ****ty subs? There in a non ported enclosed box, which i like better for more punch rather than general bass. I'm getting a bass/rattle/air sound out of it.. sounds like a pos jenson turned up to loud!

there is not a turn on at the radio.....it's a CAN system so there is only constant power and ground. The CAN is a data turn on thing. You'll have to go to the ignition harness or fuse box to find your turn on.
