In Dash navi on 02-03

So i tried searching but i wanna know if its possible to make a factory looking in-dash navi on an 03 OZ. If you have pics plz put them up and about how much would it cost.

ive been lookin at this too...

ive seen an evo with it. the whole center piece was made to fit the in dash. that same piece would fit the lancer
