In steering wheel there are Seek up/Seek down buttons for radio control (and i have basic stock radio in car). If i press one of those buttons it automatically seeks next radio channel from freq band.
Is there any way to make it work (as it works in all normal cars :P) so that it would select next/previous radio station that i have previously saved instead of automatically seeking next/prev radio in freq band.

Answer is 'no'. You can only search the freq. and not the saved channels. You will have to hit the buttons on the radio for that.
