Shielded RCAs should cost, what, maybe 15 bucks?
I'm assuming these are for headunit to amp. Unless you know a good material that defends against EMI, you're not going to be able to shield your own.
Have you had trouble with non-shielded cables? Why do you need shielded? You shouldn't run into enough trouble to require a shielded cable unless you're pushing an incredible amount of power, or drive too close to a broadcast tower.

1. Different set of non shielded RCA
2. Different ground location
3. Different Head Unit
4. Different amp
5. Different speakers
I'm kinda out of solution here
Edit: I'm pushing 500 watts of bass and 300 watts of highs
1 thing I haven't tried yet is powering my Head Unit directly from the battery instead of the wiring harness

ahh yes alternator whine...gotta love that...try making another ground for the head unit in addition to the one already there. also make sure your power wires and RCA cable are run seperatly. also i guess you can wrap your RCA cables in aluminum tape...that should shield them i guess

So I should ground my head unit at 2 different places? I already have one that goes the chassis though...
Power cable and RCA are far away from each other. RCAs are going to the trunk with the my front speakers' cable

1 other thing though. There is 1 thing that makes me wonder about what the problem is. Some time when I hit a bump in the road, the noise will go away, when I hit another bump right after, the noise come back. Kinda like if a wire was loose. But i do know that everything is hooked up pretty tight.
I'll try the foil thing no matter what though.
