Question ? for any V-dubbers

is there a seperate fuse for the radio besides the one in the back of the radio itself? the power wires knocked together while i was workin and now i'm not gettin any power and i looked in the fusebox and didnt see one for radio....

There should be a fuse for the radio in the fusebox - Have you checked the owners manual for locations?

yea the ownerz manual just tells where the box is... theres a card in the fusebox with the fuses labeled but there isnt one for radio

just start taking each one out with the car off and look for the bad one thats what i did in my taurus before i got my o-z and i had blown a fuse that was labled clock but was also power for my radio

ugh, i installed a sub in my Jetta this weekend, and it took like 6 hours
the jetta decides to make everything as tough as possible
of course, about an hour of it was trying to find a hole for the red power cord. i didn't want to drill my heatshield
