No Speaker Wires On Back Speakers?

No Speaker Wires On Back Speakers?

i was looking at the back speakers in my lancer and i dont see any wiring going to them. Anybody know where the wire is for them?

It uses an adapter. I think Crutchfield.com ships adapters when you order speakers for the Lancer.

-the speaker wire is not on the bottom of the speaker like most its on the top yyou have to take off the back dash and you can get to it

you just have to take out the speaker, not the entire back dash. silly adapter thing.

All I did was cut the wires and spliced some new wires with the connectors to the speakers. This was a pain sense the wires in the back are so damn short and I couldn't find any slack anywhere.

They don't have slack cause they're taped to the metal under the rear deck, a strong tug will seperate them and you have all the slack you need.
