PB V2 problem... fuel map bogging down! HELP
I have had my PBV2 for about a week or two, and decided to tune. The "download from fuel map" showed "0" all across. We made a map and it would bog down at 2k-3k. BUT... if you gave it WOT, it runs great and pulls better.
I unhooked it and everyhinkis running normal before the PB... oh well...
We'll see how this goes.
Another Question...
It has map A and B... is one WOT?
ANY SUDGESION AT ALL WILL HELP...

I believe the map A is the closed loop and the Map B is the open loop. It SHOULD NOT show 0 all accross i believe. You sure you connected it correctly? oh and WOT is map B. This information is all in the instructions that came with your piggy. Just gotta read the ENTIRE thing. Its on page 14 or something like that.
Page 14!? My "instructions" were 4 pieces of paper stappled together.
No tunning tips, no trouble-shooting, just how to hook it up and how to use the program (like what buttons do what) If you got a BOOK, then i need to contact them and see what's up.
Thank you
Any tips for a fix?

You work on Table A only.
Get rid of the 0s and put in 10. 10 represent 100% of stock fuel. So if you enter 9.7 then you use 97% of the fuel from the stock map. If you enter 11, you use 110%. Now imagine what happens with 0.

so.... when you download from ECU, the chart should fill up with the stock numbers right?
Mine was all 0s.
if i hook it up again and read from ECU, will it work? Should it read all stock numbers and i could go from there?

Yeah, it bogs down and goes all lean, then dies....

After i clicked "download", nothing showed up. When you say 10 is using 100% of stock fuel, does that mean that if all slots were 10s, it will run stock? if so, i could tune from there. I am using a Palm and Autometer sweeper to tune.
My goal for now is for it to run stock WITH the PB... i can then tune.

Putting 10s across the board on Map A is the same as running without the piggyback (ie it lets the stock ECU do all the work). Increase/decrease the numbers by tenths, and don't change too much at a time otherwise you'll get confused about what changes yielded what results. A decrease in .1 will lean out the mixture, while an increase will add more fuel. I think my map B is all 10s, I'll have to check it out and get back to you.
