Piggyback v1 HELP

I can't get the vacuum hose to come out inside the car where I can find it. I'm using the hole behind the strut like the directions say but its not working for me. Can anyone help me out with a picture maybe or atleast some textual help.

attach the vaccum line to a hanger and pass the hanger through the whole. It will allow you to push it further into the car, thus making it easier to find.

Where is it going to come out though? I tried using one of my extra lugs with a string on it but that just ended up in the black air housing.

Did you remove the glove box? If you do and you get down on your knees and put your head down by the floor and look up and to the right (use flashlight to help) and you should be able to see light shinning through the hole (if your hood is open). I fed my hose from inside the car to the engine compartment, its easy to find once it is sticking out by your strut tower.

From the directions and what peopel said I figured the hose would be a cake walk. I heard people having problems with the wiring and I'm good with that stuff so I'm glad I tried the hose first or I would've been S out of luck.

There is another rubber seal you can get the hose through. It's right behind the glove box. and exits behind the intake manifold(a tad lower though).

Wallesasuaz. If you have version 2, you've got no vaccum line to hookup. If you have Ver1 with the vaccum line not connected, I highly doubt you're car is running healthy.

Way easier. Trust me on that one.

Lean over your engine bay on the passenger side and look down on the firewall a little lower than the Intake Manifold. You'll see a big rubber seal down there. It's like half way down the firewall and halfway accross between the strut and the Intake manifold. Ran my stereo power wire and piggy vaccum line through there.

I'm out of work in less then and hour and I'm hoping that way works. I'm going to give it a try before I leave the lot.
