Piggy-Back ECU Discussion

Alright so i was recently given the suggestion of putting a piggyback in my 03 Lancer OZ. I am relly playing with the idea. I want to put CAI and a Magnaflow Exhaust system on it too..I was wondering if anyone had any stories about the ECU or if anyone could give me some likes and dislikes about it. Thanks

will the piggy still pass the smog testing or will it not be able to get the C.A.R.B. exemption to be able to pass emission testing?

I believe it won't affect anything that has to deal w/ emissions.

Piggy will still pass smog in most every state. Gotta check local laws though.
