Piggyback idle - help!!

Alright I know there is amillion threads but i need some quick answers.i installed my piggyback and on the relearning process it idles really rough and turns off?!??! I am going to double check the connections in a few, but i need some input to whether or not it is working?
and i think rrm is closed...

yah i have the instructions.i bought it from a member on here.he said it worked great and was only used for less than 5k.

After reconnecting the negative battery terminal, did you crank-up your car and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes?

keep on the throttle do not let it shut off. then after ten minutes of molesting it to stay on. try crusing around try not to stop and if u do rev it.

also if u have a different tranny u may have a problem. are u using 89?

it still redlines at 6k??!!!i got it used from a member and it didnt come with a cd or the update, but i was more than sure u can raise the fuel cut off??

i have it installed perfect now, its just i was wandering if u can raise the fuel cut off on the rpm's

If you have it installed perfect it's shouldn't be shutting off like that. Either you have the wrong Map on the Ecu or you installed with the wrong instructions.

naw it doesnt shut off anymore.it was earlier cus i had the wrong black wire spliced.it runs like a champ now.i just wish i could raise the fuel cut off on the rpm's, but i was told u cant with the piggyback.
