hey i'm planning on installing my e-manage this thursday. i've been searching on this forum for english wiring diagrams and our ecu pin. i have a 2003 auto lancer es. the instructions they sent me were in japanese. maybe i wasn't looking hard enough. also any input with lancers that use the e-manage?. my car would just shut down if i installed it with no tune right?

The car wont shut down with a tune (so long as the emanage is blank and u didnt purchase this used)

Try checking the back of the Japanese manual. The hardcopy manuals I got with my EMU is Japanese in the first half, English in the second half.

 

o yeah... and you should be able to google and dl an english manual for it if those links dont help. THe manual and even teh software for the emanage are floating around out there.

 

how much did you pay for yours and where from? Also, so if you install it brand new, will the car just run like stock?

yes if you install it brand new the car will run just like stock.

i bought a 'hack' cable and dled he software.
