I'm buying it used, so how will I know if it has the pre-installed maps?

i just put my piggyback in and i cranked it up and it was idleing really crazy and to the point to where it shut off twice i let it idle for like 30 min and it stabilized a little bit and drove for a while and was running fine and the shut it off and turned it back on and idle funny again....
