why not post on mirageforums.net,

the members here are not as knowledgable on alternate tuning methods.

I don't know if he completed his project, but I know for a fact he was looking into the megasquirt solution a year or two ago.

Megasquirt also has an extensive message board.

I've been using megasuqirt for approx. 2000 miles now. I love it, had minimal problems with it. I could give you my base map, however my car is turbo and running 550 cc low imp. injetcors. and slightly decreased fuel pressure.

Yes please. Maybe they could work with it. They just need a starting point.

Can you send it to me?

Also what kind of gains did you get out of MSII? (Which version do you have?)

wow, i can't believe that miragers haven't embraced the MS system.

Your gains of course will be limited to ur tuning skill and current mods.

Do you have wideband and egt gauges?

Gains...hmm. Well I was able to use evo injectors...I havn;t got the edis for ignition running yet to maximize benefits. But other than a stable fuel curve of 10.9:1 under boost to 5200 RPM (my set rev limit), 17.5:1 cruise conditions getting me awesome gas mileage, and much more aggressive accel. enrichments, I can't complain. Once I get ignition tuned the REAL beast will be revelaed.

I can send you my VE table, hell I can send you the entire MSQ file, but I very highly doubt it will be what you need.

Earliest I can send you my MSQ would be Monday night......I may forget so please PM me if I do.

MS2 is an awesome system that I highly recommend. However you MUST, i repeat MUST have a good accurate WB02, EGT, Boost(if turbo) and a sound electrical system.

I ran the megasquirt system for a while although not on a mitsu. It worked well for what I was using it for. I also plan to use one on my race car next season, also not a mitsu.

There's a lot of info on www.diyautotune.com. Also, have you checked out the megasquirt forums? There's a lot of info there though it won't be Mirage specific.

An engine is an engine after all so as long as you hook up the sensors properly it should run.
