Um you have an evo, this is the lancer section. Anyways, neither is better than the other. First you need to decide what you want to do. The RRM is great in the sense that it comes pretuned to an extent so you have a functional base map. It allows you to change the AF ratio and I believe timing if you buy the extra box. The greddy allows you to change AF ratio, timing and maybe other things. Figure out what your budget is and figure out what local speed shops use if you plan on getting it protuned.

It's simple depending on your answer.
RRM = pretuned and almost as about plug and play
E-Manage = plug it yourself w/ some complication and tuning spec yourself or from a base performance perimeter for certain car.
AFC = simplest of all w/ few wiring. Read instruction on your own tuning experience or from others.
There is a 4th choice, but you don't want to go there since you're asking this Q.

If you haven't heard about it yet, you will soon. AEM has a new FIC piggy back out. It totally gets rid of the POS FMU. They don't have a wiring schematic for the Lancer yet but they said in about a month or so they will. If sure if enough individuals called them or emailed them they could speed up the process.

Did anyone ever try the works brain flash?

I heard their evo flash is pretty good. Plus, I find it intriguing that they ask for very specific details about your car.(mods, milleage, kind of octane you wanna use)
Any opinion?

when your talking about the RRM piggyback...are you talking about the regular V.2 piggyback they have on their site or do they have a special piggyback for turbo applications that they don't advertise?
