Hell yea!! Compared to the gains listed by RRM's piggyback it's great (I know a reflash is a lot better than a piggy). Let's hope the price won't rise too much.

Lancer - 12+ HP

IMO with MIVEC on both valves now I think we should see around 15hp

Does this sound off base?

Injen CAI ( 7 HP ), RRM Header ( 8 HP ), HKS exhaust ( 3 HP ), Works Flash ( 12 HP ) we could actually see a gain of 30 HP?

I think the exhaust is better than that, Works dyno'd their exhaust at 7 or 8 hp. I think that a flash to a stock car could give 12 hp and to a modded car probably 15.

I think we should see 160 to the wheels with Intake, exhaust, and flash.

and to be honest that is probably conservative. (8+7+15 = 30hp) add that to the base tests of 142 hp to the wheels and we should be up around 170

No. That's not how it works.

You don't add the numbers to get the final number. Those gains you posted are "compared to stock." Not "it will add this much." Just a rough guess, I'd estimate 15 total whp gained from the combination. But I could be totally wrong, because the 4B11 is completely untested. I'm basing my guess off the 4G94's history.

Also, remember that those aren't NECESSARILY real numbers. Some are numbers from the vendor, who tend to "accentuate the positive" rather than "tell the God's honest truth." Take everything with a grain of salt. Or a shaker of salt.

Well Mr. I Type In Big Font. How does it work then? Ive got my beliefs but since your previous post was such a waste of forward intellectual progress, Id like you to stand up and teach the class what you think you know. ( said with a smart *** joking voice. )

Sorry to leave the thread for so long - we'll be offering the drive-in / mail-in option, as well as various levels of end-user tunability. That's the interface I'm working on now. And, we have both '08 CVT and 5 speed lancers in-house that we're developing, along with the EVO X.

I have to leave technical details and time frames for another announcement, but we're quite close.
